The Local History Walk on the evening of Monday the 26th of June 2017

Thanks to everyone who joined the “stroll“ on the evening of Monday the 26th of June around Biddulph. A special thanks to the members of the Society who described some of the history; Mrs. Elaine Heathcote on the High Street from Top to Toe to Albert Square; Mr. Michael Turnock on the War Memorial, Duke of York Square and the mills to Gillow Brook; and Mr Roland Machin on the railway station, coal wharves and Bradley Green Colliery.
