Jun 22nd 2016: Due to ill-health the creator of this website has had to pass its maintainence on to another member of the Society. I can only gratefully thank David Moore for his work on this site over many years, his patience as I asked him to complete the many forms required to transfer the site ownership and the robust design he used. After many attempts on the steep learning curve to update the site, correcting my mistakes and using a software that I haven't used for many years I have decided that it would be impossible to record all the changes, mistakes, re-instatements, etc. I have made to get the site to where it is today. So for those who use a Page Change Notification Service nearly every page has changed and we start again now. DJO
